Executive Function Support for ND Teens & Adults

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of self-sabotage, we’ll build systems that actually fit you.

- Life transitions (college, independence, adulting)
Virtual sessions available nationwide

Play & Sand Tray Therapy
Feelings in the Sand
When kids don’t have words, they use play. And sometimes, what they build in the sand tells us more than they can say out loud.
Our play and sand tray therapy sessions are sensory-aware, story-driven, and regulation-friendly — ideal for neurodivergent kids and their siblings. Through miniatures, movement, and creativity, we help children process big feelings, explore identity, and build emotional safety.
Who It’s For:
- Children (ages 4–12) navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or behavioral changes
- Siblings in neurodivergent or blended families
- Teens & adults seeking symbolic, nonverbal healing
What We Use:
- Play Therapy Tools: Art, toys, figurines, storytelling, therapeutic games
- Sand Tray Therapy: A calming, structured space for symbolic expression
What It Helps With:
- Emotional regulation
- Self-expression without pressure
- Processing grief or trauma
- Strengthening self-concept + resilience
Parent Involvement: We help you interpret your child’s play themes and offer simple home strategies for emotional connection and support.
Interested in play or sand tray therapy for your child? Book a consult and we’ll walk through what’s right for them.
